Our principals, Craig and Kristine Owen have different backgrounds but share a passion for their work, which they say takes the best efforts of both of them.

Craig has a talent and love for homes for more than 20 years now, there is actually little that could go wrong with a home he could not fix himself. He is intimately familiar with all areas of home construction, and every major system in your home, including plumbing and electrical as well as tile, drywall, masonry, roofing, siding and more.

Kristine, was an account manager for a title company for ten years, and handles all schedule coordination. Service is a way of life for Kristine, including serving as a foster parent and working with animal rescue. Following her personal passion, Kristine started a company called 'The Parent Warrior' where she is an advocate for parents trying to get mental health services for their children.

We go beyond the basic inspection to provide a level of detail that gives property owners and buyers information not often provided or otherwise overlooked. We use such state-of-the-art equipment as moisture meters, gas leak detectors, and infrared thermometers for air-conditioning temperature differential. We are lock-box-key equipped.

We are always pleased to offer complementary telephone follow-ups. Re-inspections are available for $125.00, depending upon our schedule.

Our user-friendly detailed reports are typically 28 to 30 pages, with a color-coded summary report, serious problems highlighted in red with minor issues in green and extensive digital photography. They are usually posted online the night of the inspection. A hard copy is available upon request.
